How We Interface with Our Clients' Hospital Networks
They are highly-experienced in working with both hard copy and electronic medical records as they review and abstract a variety of source data. These include medical records, physician and nurse notes, respiratory care notes, discharge planning, social service and OT/PT notes. Communication and coordination of services between hospital-based case management and payor-based case management/utilization review is emphasized throughout the workflow process.
